My relationship started 20 years ago with Eric when he called me and asked if he could sell 4 lots I owned on 176th Ave. He sold them to his builder and our relationship started. He was young, aggressive, and full of ideas and energy, so I hired him to sell some of our holdings. He sold Arterial Commercial property, Industrial property, and Multi family properties that I owned. Included in many residential lots he sold for me was a 40 lot plat that I developed, and he had all the lots closed within a year.

I learned early on that Eric was energetic, ambitious, and honest, and considered him to be knowledgable and reliable. In 2001 he found a development property and asked me partner with him and I agreed. We’ve done many plats since. Big and small, from building sidewalks and streets to building out a 22 lot plat with homes. We’ve torn down sheds, burned down old homes, and crawled under houses together to fix plumbing. We managed rentals, took on lots of debt and closed a lot of properties. Eric always pulled his weight and never left me hanging. His marketing skills are impressive and his energy and ambition seems endless.   When he moved to Hawaii, I not only lost a business partner and my real estate broker, but a true friend.
